Pastoral Staff

		Mike Smith - Senior Pastor Mike has a vision to pastor beyond the church walls, to build the kingdom of God and to allow Jesus to build His church, incorporating every denomination and ethnic group. He has a heart for St. Paul and believes that by the power of the Holy Spirit, people will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as in the book of Acts. If it can happen in the cities in the book of Acts, it can happen in St. Paul. Mike has been married to Sandi for over 35 years. They have three children and three grandchildren.
		Irene Runge - Discipleship and Leadership Training Irene loves people and loves to encourage others. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” The passion of her heart is to assist others to know Christ and the plans that He has for their lives. She wants to see everyone step into the full plans and purposes that God has created them for. She has been active in ministry for over 20 years working with children through adults. She has been married to Marv for over 30 years. Their son, Jonathan, is married to Cathy and they have their two precious grandchildren; Meridee, their daughter, is in Grad school.
		James Peck - Youth and Young Adults James has been Youth pastor since 1998. He has a passion to know Jesus and be led and empowered by the Holy Spirit. He prays Ephesians 1:14-20 all the time, that this generation would know Jesus and that they would understand what He wants them to do, trust Him for every need and depend on His power for daily life. James is Lisa’s husband. He loves to rough house with his sons Robbie and Charlie and dance with his daughter Lily to Greycoats songs.
		Dale Norman - Children Pastor Dale has been the Children’s Pastor for over 20 years. Dale’s desire is for each child to have opportunities to experience the presence of God. He also prays that the children will know that God is real and His promises are true. Because of this passion, Dale reaches into parts of Saint Paul with Rainbow Club Sidewalk Sunday School, which brings Christ to kids and families that need to hear that Jesus loves them. He also helps with several community outreaches. Dale and Barb, his wife have been married for 20 years and have two children.
		Paul Anleitner - Worship Leader Paul has been involved in the worship and prayer movement both locally and nationally for the last two years. He released a full length worship album in December of 2008 entitled 'Emmanuel: God With Us'. In March of 2009, Paul joined the staff at Redeeming Love Church as worship leader. Paul’s desire is to live in constant submission to the will of God, and sing the song of freedom and intimacy which comes out that lifestyle of submission. His hope is that those songs help others release their own passionate expressions of worship, and that in those moments that they would learn the unmistakable voice and presence of God. Paul and his wife, Keri, have been married since 2006. Their first-born son, Justice, was born in October of 2008.
